Dogs and Cats Online Refresher Training

Dogs and Cats Online is scheduled to go-live the week beginning 28 May, 2018. In support of this go-live date, the APA is offering a free 1/2 day refresher training session suitable for compliance officers and customer service personnel. This is in addition to the Dog & Cat Management Board initial training program. If you or your team aren’t quite feeling on top of all things Dogs and Cats Online, reserve your spot at either a morning or an afternoon session on Wednesday 23 May, 2018. The Dog and Cat Management Board will provide refresher training in the following functions that you are likely to perform soon after go-live:

• Council configuration – how to set up your council specific data
• User access – how to grant/remove access for users in your council
• Registration renewals – how to initiate registration renewals going out to your owners
• How to search for a dog/cat
• How to register a new owner and their dog/cat
• How to add a new dog/cat to an existing owner
• Breeder registration
• Dog Business configuration
• Dog/cat Transfers

There will also be the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the Dogs and Cats Online system and business processes.
Please bring along a laptop or ipad and ensure it is fully charged as there is limited power options. Also there is limited parking, so please carpool wherever possible
