Situational Safety and Tactical Communications Masterclass

The APA is proud to bring back Cert Group to deliver their Situational Safety and Tactical Communications Masterclass.

The masterclass will be delivered in a blended way, whereby participants complete online modules by way of self-directed learning followed by a one day face to face session where participants get to practice the skills during practical exercises and scenarios, receive coaching where appropriate and be observed by an instructor which enables CERT to issue a certificate of competence. 

The course is compromised of six modules namely:

• Developing an appropriate 'safety mind-set'
• Situational Awareness, Assessment and Planning
• Tactical communications
• Physical Interactions
• Managing Difficult People
• Managing Aggressive Behaviour

This training is essential for authorised persons who are working with the public.
